Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
We know it can be frustrating when the online purchase is not quite right, but we offer a complete “no fuss” guarantee to all our customers. We have very customer-friendly return & refund policies.
Note:- Please make a video while opening a box otherwise customer will not get any replacement for the breakage product during delivery
Wrong Item / Damaged Product/ Incorrect Size/Incomplete Product/Manufacturing Defect:
If your goods are damaged or in one of any above conditions, we would be happy to give you a Replacement with the right product. In this case, contact must be made within 24 to 48 hours of receipt of the products by Chat on WhatsApp notifying us of any damage to the product with pics of the product received. We will schedule a return pick up for the product. It is required that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packed so that there is no further damage to products during transit. Upon return, the article will undergo a quality check to ensure the quality problem is found to be our responsibility rather than misuse or abuse of the product outside of our control. Products should be returned in their original packaging and the original price tags, barcodes, labels, user manual, warranty card invoices, etc.
In case of incomplete products/items missing in the package, the missing parts will be sent after verification from our end.
Exchanges
Our products are not eligible for exchange.
Order Cancellation
For order cancellation please Chat on WhatsApp. Orders can be canceled anytime before they are dispatched without any extra costs. A customer has to write us within 24 hrs. No cancellation will be made beyond that. For cancellations beyond the policy, a 20% deduction of the order value will be applied in case of a refund as a return shipping cost, in addition to a 3% payment gateway/transaction charge for prepaid orders. Please note that once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
Custom Product Order
Custom products are the products that are created on your request, apart from other available products on the website. On such product orders, COD won’t be applicable. Such orders are non-refundable, non-cancelable & non-exchangeable. They can only be replaced in case of incorrect product or damaged product received, for this you have to mail us within 24hrs of receiving of the product.
